So, Do You Come Here Often?

That’s the line I used on nobody, because dammit, that’d probably go over as like ‘hey, you, what you trying to do – be cool?’ and then, you know, well, that’s a bit of a deviation for what THIS BLOG POST IS ABOUT NEWS.

SO – I walked this walk recently – it was a 5/6-day hike along a river. People are quite secretive about the location because it really is so special and you get an idea of what pure nature looks like. The hiking club only lets a limited number of people go through during a small window in the year, and I experienced nature at her finest – I think I saw a total of 3 pieces of little the entire time. Otherwise, there’s just pure water in the river that’s drinkable, the rock pools and waterfalls are mind-blowingly awesome, we slept in sleeping bags under the stars, the plant-life is beautiful and MAN it’s tough going. Guys, I’ve been working for almost a year now on this one project but as these things go, sometimes they’re under wraps. So, I look forward to revealing it all once it’s done, because I think it is PRETTY DARN COOL. I may only be able to reveal stuff in like, a year or something, but I THINK IT’LL BE WORTH IT.

BONUS – found this Medical Chronicle cartoon I did for the upcoming March issue. Here, our President, Zuma, doesn’t talk about some important health issues at his latest ‘State of the Nation Address’ and then the people around him are like ‘YO YO YO! WHAT WHAT WHAT!’ So.
