Bru & Boegie: Episode 1 sells over 1k copies on Steam – nice

Episode 1

Well, that’s nice. Bru & Boegie: Episode 1 – Get da MILK!’, my first proper indie game release, has sold 1,093 copies on Steam thus far, which is cool. I think it’s important to celebrate the win. I launched it 29 Oct 2025, and yeh, people pick it up mostly when it goes on sale.

The game’s got 49 English reviews, which is great. At 50 reviews I believe Steam starts surfacing the game to a lot more people? So, here’s hoping for 1 more.

Episode 2

The demo for Bru & Boegie: Episode 2 – Get da SUGAR! is out now and playable for PC, Mac and Linux, that’s got a good median playtime of 38 minutes, which I think is as good as I could hope for. Even keeping someone entertained for 30 seconds these days seems a challenge, so I’m pleased it’s at least finding some of the right people.

Well, that’s that for now I think. Im planning to dive back into animation freelance work to make some BUX and hoping to get back to more game stuff thereafter. 🙏
