Popular South African radio station 5fm had a playoff this morning between the viral Internet hit ‘Harlem Shake‘ (at around 23 Million Views and millions and millions of views from other people uploading clips of themselves jamming to the song) and my brother’s band ‘The Kiffness – Voetsek’. ‘Voetsek’, we heard yesterday, is now playlisted on 5fm which is brilliant. Anyways, we quickly messaged our buddies to vote and lo and behold (even to the DJs’ amazement) The Kiffness song won. This is great news. You can hear the edited recording here:
